Throughout the 2010s, the company underwent strategic expansions, leading to the development of Kodiak Metals Recycling in Texas City, Texas, and Kodiak Warehouse, LLC in Toledo, OH, and New Orleans, LA. Notably, Kodiak Metals Recycling achieved significant success, ultimately being acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 2022.
As the company enters a new phase, Kodiak Trading is returning to its roots with the launch of Kodiak Trading, LLC. Specializing in aluminum trading, the company focuses on UBCs (Used Beverage Cans), RSI (Remelt Secondary Ingot), and other alloys relevant to the Aluminum can sheet business. This strategic move reflects Kodiak Trading’s commitment to innovation, adaptability, and its core expertise in the aluminum industry.
With a foundation built on years of experience and a history of successful ventures, Kodiak Trading continues to evolve, positioning itself as a leader in the dynamic world of aluminum trading. The launch of Kodiak Trading, LLC underscores the company’s dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry and meeting the evolving needs of its clients.

Craig Lanham
President-Principal
Craig Lanham, currently the President of Kodiak Trading since March 2014, joined the company in 2010. Prior to this role, he served as the President of Kodiak Metals in Texas City, TX. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Western Kentucky University. Outside the office, he is happily married to Kristen and is a father of four. Craig finds joy in coaching his sons in youth football and improving his golf game, all while cherishing quality time with his family.

James Dickinson
Vice President-Principal
James Dickinson, the current Vice President at Kodiak Trading since 2010, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Commercial for Kodiak Metals in Texas City, Texas. James, a resident of Lexington, KY, shares his life with his wife Lisa and finds immense joy in spending time with their three children and grandchildren. With a rich professional background and a strong commitment to family, James is a valued member of the Kodiak Trading team.

Jane Kamuf
CFO
Jane Kamuf, CPA, has been an integral part of Kodiak Trading since 2010, serving as the Chief Financial Officer. With a deep passion for the world of accounting and compliance, Jane brings valuable expertise to the company. Prior to joining Kodiak, she held lead accounting roles for a publicly traded company and also served as a partner at her CPA firm.
Residing in Owensboro, KY, Jane finds joy in spending time with her husband Rob. Together, they are proud parents to three children. Jane Kamuf’s dedication to financial excellence and her commitment to family make her a respected figure in Kodiak Trading.

Kenny Lanham
Vice President of US Sales
Kenny Lanham, the visionary founder of Kodiak Trading in 2009, continues to contribute his expertise as the Senior Vice President of US Sales. With a career spanning back to the early 1990s in the Aluminum and transportation industries, Kenny has played a pivotal role in the company’s success.
Based in Owensboro, KY, Kenny shares his life with his wife Debbie. Beyond the office, he finds enjoyment in activities such as golf, hunting, and fishing. Family holds a special place in Kenny’s heart, as he and Debbie are proud parents to four children and several grandchildren. Kenny Lanham’s leadership, industry experience, and passion for life make him a key figure at Kodiak Trading.

Michelle Shultz
Supply Chain & QC Manager
Michelle Shultz, the Supply Chain & QC Manager at Kodiak Trading LLC, brought her extensive experience to the company in 2021. With a background that spans over 20 years in administration roles for a secondary tolling company and scrap company, Michelle is well-equipped to manage the intricate aspects of supply chain and quality control.
Residing in Bowling Green, KY, Michelle shares her life with her husband Tim. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she is the proud parent of two children with several grandchildren. Michelle’s dedication to family and her wealth of experience make her a valuable asset to the Kodiak Trading team.

Jeff Wolfe
Trader
Jeff began his career in the metal recycling industry as a college intern in 2005 at a Birmingham, AL steel mill. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama and a Masters in Supply Chain/Business Analytics from Middle Tennessee State University.
Jeff resides in Franklin, TN with his wife Charlotte and two kids Sally & Sam. Outside the office, Jeff enjoys gardening, the lake, and traveling with his family.

Todd Dickinson
Trader
Todd Dickinson began his career in the metal recycling industry in 2012 after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He started his career at a family-owned recycling facility in Lexington, Kentucky, where he developed a strong foundation in the industry and gained firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Today, Todd continues to call Lexington home, where he lives with his wife, Dani, and their son, Miles. Outside of work, Todd enjoys staying active through running and golf, but most of all, he values spending quality time with his family.

Jill Stockton
Import Traffic Manager
Jill Stockton brought her extensive experience to the company in 2024. Jill has over 20 years in international business, import/export, supply chain and logistics, manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory management. She is well-equipped to manage all aspects of our import business.
Jill is a Tennessee native, living in Nashville, TN with her 3 rescue dogs, Moko, Caly and Wilford. She loves all kinds of sports and music, cooking, running, and kayaking. Her wealth of experience makes her a valuable asset to the Kodiak Trading team.

Melissa Hernandez
Transportation & Logistics Manager
Melissa began her carrier in finance before transitioning into supply chain management, where she has built more than 12 years experience across logistics, operations, customer service, pricing, inventory management, accounts receivable/payable, and purchasing. Her time working on both the provider and customer sides of the industry gave her a broad understanding of the full supply chain process and the importance of aligning operations, service, and cost. Her background in process improvement, operational training, and customer-focused logistics ultimately led her to join Kodiak Trading in 2025.
Born and raised across the country as part of an Air Force family, Melissa eventually made Tennessee home in 1997. She is a proud mother of three daughters and enjoys traveling, spending time with family, being outdoors, cooking and music. Her appreciation for new experiences, people and places continues to shape both her personal life and the adaptable approach she brings to her work.
